If client needs to change a
cleaning day or time, we will try to be flexible.
A minimum of 24 hours
notice is required for any changes or cancellations.
Client will be charged 50%
of cleaning fee if canceling with less than 24 hours notice.
For the safety of our
employees, Gleaming the View reserves the right to close our offices at any
time, due to severe weather.
A 10% finance charge will
be added to unpaid balances over 30 days.
Client will pay $25.00 per
check for NSF (Non Sufficient Funds).
Gleaming the View reserves
the right to reevaluate rates at any time.
We make every effort not to
break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted
but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable
items not be cleaned by our crew members.
Gleaming the View must be
notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered.
Gleaming the View reserves
the right to change the Service Agreement.
We reserve the right to not
clean any damaged or broken surface for our safety and liability.
You will receive a deduction on your bill for any surface not cleaned
in our bid.
Gleaming the View is not
responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improperly installed windows,
roofs, light fixtures, or gutters.
If damage is discovered
during cleaning we will stop and notify you immediately.
Gleaming the View may
cancel or reschedule at any time for any reason.
If client is not satisfied
with our services, Gleaming the View must be notified within 48 hours of
service.
If there is a surface that
we cannot get clean due to stains, we will notify you ASAP.
Quality Control
Our management also
personally conducts random on site quality checks. Occasionally you will be
left a survey to rate us and offer your opinions. These steps are all made
to insure our quality of service remains first rate. If you have a concern
we will like to know about it. We will do our best to address any issues in
a timely manner.
