While doing an estimate in NW Portland today for a roof & gutter cleaning on this home that's going on the market, I came across a moss filled gutter section.  Although it doesn't surprise me, It just gos to show that even if trees are not contributing the regular debris build up that normally causes the clogs, the NW weather and roof run off creates its own.  Many people that don't have trees around there property often will not think about gutter cleaning, until an over flow occurs.  Judging by the moss accumulation I would guess the gutters haven't been touched in several years or more.
