Your gutter system for your home or building is designed to collect the rain
water that your roof catches. This water should flow from the roof to the
valleys into the gutters and down the downspouts away from your homes
foundation. As you know here in Oregon , it rains a lot. We also
have many different types of trees. The tree's leaves fall mostly between
the months of September and February. The fir tree's we have seem to
drop dried needle debris year round. All this debris collects on your
roof and in your gutters, causing clogs. We all know what
happens when a downspout is clogged, an unwanted waterfall. Annual cleaning
maintenance will help prevent this. Some homes or buildings need cleanings
more often.
It is our standard practice to neatly clean your gutters,
bucketing all debris and to not leave a mess in on your lawn. We also
commonly use our customers' yard debris container or compost pile to dispose
of the cleared debris. We could haul it away if your container is full
for and additional charge at your request. Just make sure you mention
this at the time of the estimate. Any regular estimate will not
include this fee.
Every cleaning comes with a 3 month No Clog Guarantee, that is if the clog
is not caused by an underground stoppage that my need a rooter service to
clear it. Any clogs of this sort that we are unable to clear we will
make sure that we bring this to your attention.
