BEST IN TOWN!! HANDS DOWN
I have used them for years as well as my family and friends and EVERY time have felt we got MORE than what we paid for. They are efficient, reliable, affordable, and do an AMAZING job! Many times they have gone above and beyond the job requirements and are impeccable when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Tim the owner even came to my house and fixed 2 screens for me that were not even part of the job (which was pressure washing the siding and roof and removing moss). I will ONLY ever use Gleaming The View and would recommend them highly to anyone...including my mother, who uses their services exclusively for herself and her real estate clients!! GREAT JOB!! THANK YOU ;o)

moss 3 A composition asphalt roof cleaning is by far our most popular service.  The Northwest roof moss can be so destructive, Ive seen homes have to replace there roof 7 years new!  A common roof cleaning project like this one can be done safely and gently to not loose many composite granules and can get your roof looking good again.  What I like to call a clean / clean method has given us numerous straight A reports on Angie's List.  This method coupled with a moss inhibitor and annual regular roof  cleanings we keep your roof in great shape to get your 20 -50 year life expectancy out of it.  many people wait until there roof looks like this one so don't be embarrassed just send me an e-mail,  picture or call so we can discuss the best method for cleaning your roof of moss.

Roof Cleaning in Aloha, Or. PDF Print E-mail

roof cleaning alohaThis roof cleaning project in Aloha, Or. doesn't surprise me one bit.  The roof and gutters had been left unattended for 6 years.

As you can see in this picture the gutters are starting to rust out and what condition the composition asphalt roof is in is yet to be discovered.  The quote and scope is reasonable and straight forward on this type project.

We want to see if the roof and gutters will hold up another 5 years. So, We will simply blow and brush the debris from the roof and scoop and flush the gutter system looking for leaks.  After that we can see whats going on under there.

This type of maintenance is so important to do at least on an annual basis it will save you thousands in not having to replace your roof every 10 years.

Gutter Cleaning in Forest Heights PDF Print E-mail

trenching
Keeping your gutters clean and functioning properly in Forest Heights is very important.  This is a picture of trenching caused by a simple to fix clogged downspout.  Every time it rains the gutters overflow causing this splatter on the siding and makes this trench bigger and bigger.  I really wish I had taken a picture of a trench I discovered in NW Portland that was nearly 4 ft. deep.   Sometimes these can go unnoticed.  If you ever discover this or at your neighbors, Let them know immediately and please pass our name along or call us asap.
