Pressure washing pricing varys depending on the size and height of the area to be cleaned, accessibility, and condition and type of surface to be cleaned. Common house wash for smaller homes is $120, medium size homes generally run around $150, and larger projects start at around $200. Standard 2-car driveway approx. 500 sq ft is around $120.
