Helps Homes Sell Faster!
As a realtor I need dependable and quality companies on my side. In this tough real estate market you need every edge to beat the competition. In a recent home sale I suggested to my sellers to have Gleaming the View clean their windows before the home even went on the market. The windows looked amazing and the natural light did wonders to showcase the home. We sold the home in 30 days! But that's not all during the home inspection the inspector noted a gutter leak and full gutters. One call to Gleaming the View and they were out the next day to take care of the problem for my sellers at a very reasonable price. Thank you Gleaming the View for all your help on getting my seller's home sold.

A fascinating composition roof moss cleaning project in Beaverton today.  All the moss was in the grooves of the composite asphalt roof evenly distributed across it.  The moss seems almost intentional and decorative.  My only conclusion why it grows  or starts growing in the grooves is because its wet and damp longer than the rest of the roof.  You know if the moss wasn't so destructive, I would almost want to just leave it growing up there.  It seems to be the only plants I can ever grow and keep alive around my own home.  If you live in Beaverton roof cleaning & moss control is a must.  A moss inhibitor applied to your roof every 1-3 years will assist in preventing a heavy accumulation of moss and will help you get the most life out of your roof.   For an estimate or consultation please contact our office.roof cleaning blog

Frosty Hillsboro Roof Cleaning Job PDF Print E-mail

frosty hillsboro roof cleaningI arrived on site at my first roof cleaning project at 9am in Hillsboro yesterday morning.  The roof was frosty and not walkable.  The gutter debris frozen solid and wont come out with out a pick axe.  The morning sun is barely peaking over the roof ridge which means the frost will soon disappear.

My main concern to mornings like this is my schedule.     An hour wait for a surface to thaw is an hour late to our next customer and the next and the next.  Its a beautiful site but ultimately a thorn in my side.  I take great pride in my ability to schedule and coordinate projects for our customers.

The roof moss projects in the Portland area we do are always so spectacular, I always feel the need to take a picture Wink.  Moss can grow so quick with the right conditions.  The shallow pitch of the roof, shade from the tree line and heavy needle debris has all helped in creating a garden of moss up here.  Feel free to contact us to consult with you a safe roof moss removal.

moss 3 A composition asphalt roof cleaning is by far our most popular service.  The Northwest roof moss can be so destructive, Ive seen homes have to replace there roof 7 years new!  A common roof cleaning project like this one can be done safely and gently to not loose many composite granules and can get your roof looking good again.  What I like to call a clean / clean method has given us numerous straight A reports on Angie's List.  This method coupled with a moss inhibitor and annual regular roof  cleanings we keep your roof in great shape to get your 20 -50 year life expectancy out of it.  many people wait until there roof looks like this one so don't be embarrassed just send me an e-mail,  picture or call so we can discuss the best method for cleaning your roof of moss.
